We created the Rested business model with the sole focus of serving you and your baby. In order to take care of your baby, we need to take care of our Infant Care Specialist, which means pay, consistency, bonding, availability, etc. We want to create an environment conducive to a well-rested Infant Care Specialist who doesn’t need to take on a day job and can thus focus on your newborn.
$375 to secure your due date and lock in your night nurse
Rate of $31 per hour
Select four, five, or six nights per week
Select nine or ten hours per night (ten hour per night minimum if four nights per week)
Six week minimum (our clients typically partner with Rested between two to four months depending on the baby)
Payments are seamlessly auto-drafted every friday
We’re just going to be up front about it: Our Infant Care Specialists are the best of the best and this is indeed the time to be selfish. When you work with an Infant Care Specialist, you are investing in your well-being, and that is going to make you better parents. Not to mention, your memories of this time will be as fond as they should be, rather than clouded with stress, exhaustion, and anxiety.
And Mom, Dad, and Baby won’t be the only ones living the good life. Older siblings will get more of their parents’ attention (same goes for those beloved fur babies!), you’ll continue to thrive at the office (that goes for your home office too!), and The Village (aka Grandma and Grandpa) will feel empowered to take on more enjoyable roles during the day.
